The first time I met these wonderful Buyers I was actually showing a home to another client (that client did end up purchasing that home too!). They worked together and he decided to tag along for the showing, little did we know that just a few weeks later, that'd be him and his fiance looking at homes!  After spending a handful of weekends and evenings together and seeing 28 properties, they found the one they wanted to call their 1st home! We were able to negotiate a great deal for the Buyers, securing nearly $10,000 off the list price AND $10,000 in seller concessions that the Buyers were able to use to get a 2-1 Buy Down on their mortgage. The negotiations didn't stop there. When it was time to sit down at the closing table, the Buyers were getting a total of $12,500 in seller concessions, this was enough to not only get that monthly savings 2-1 Buy Down, but also cover ALL of their closing costs. However, these terms weren't my favorite thing about these buyer's new home. The thing I won't ever forget about this home is the herd of deer I was able to sit and watch out their kitchen window during the inspection. I am not only excited about the great home TK Homes was able to help these great people purchase but also the fact that I now have two new friends that I know I'll be helping in the future when they have another real estate goal they want to make a reality!
