Since then we kept up a nice relationship, mostly emails and some phone calls, a couple personal visits, as she continuously updated me on the real estate situation(s) and the value of my home. She was really responsive to my needs and continued to re-evaluate as we continued on the search to find a home. Having the website to browse through the selections and put on a preferred list was helpful in the search. Mary was able to accommodate my schedule for viewing and open houses despite my living out of town The challenges were obstacles of multiple offers, very particular requirement and mold issues but her perseverance and sound advice over the 10 months resulted in a win on our third offer. Two years later, when we were ready to sell, she was our first and only choice. As our agent, she helped us prepare for listing by encouraging us to have systems cleaned and inspected ahead of time: the furnace, roof, gas fireplace insert, and so on. Great prep work that answered prospective buyers' questions in advance! And her listing strategy was spot on: we had more than 70 showings, received 11 offers, including an all-cash offer (that we selected) and a full-price backup. All throughout, Mary was encouraging, excited about our house, and full of good cheer. We hope to remain friends with her even though our joint success meant we moved out of state; Mary is one of a kind!

Mary organized a viewing for the day after Christmas and learned that there were already two offers after 2 days on the market. Mary was able to talk to the selling agent and make sure we knew what we needed to offer to have ours accepted. Mary was so thorough that she coached the selling agent through the process (!) and made sure deadlines were met, even under the tight schedule the seller requested. She even trekked the 3 hours away from Denver to accompany us during the final walkthrough. We can’t say enough good things about our experience!
