Trevor Kohlhepp

Trevor Kohlhepp is a REALTOR® and the founder of TK Homes. He is a true Colorado native who was born at Lutheran Medical Center, and he split his childhood in Southern Westminster and Northern Arvada. He currently calls Arvada home with his wife, daughter, son and the family dog. Trevor brings a lifetime of knowledge of the Denver Metro area to his clients and team.
Trevor first found his passion for real estate back in 2007 when he worked with a real estate investment firm that specialized in helping families facing financial trouble during the real estate downturn. On top of real estate, Trevor was also a partner in a successful digital marketing firm with his two brothers for five years from 2011 to 2016. His experience in social media and digital marketing still plays a huge role in how TK Homes markets their clients’ homes and stands out from competitors.
Trevor’s passion for helping people and his heart of a teacher allow him to not just provide a successful outcome for his clients but educate them on every aspect of their transaction. Trevor works closely with everyone involved in the transaction, including the lender, the other agent, and the appraiser to ensure he’s able to provide accurate advice and guidance throughout the transaction.
Trevor’s experience does not stop with the many homebuyers, sellers and investors he personally works with. Trevor’s extensive attention to detail and time management has allowed him to set up a division of TK Homes to help manage the transactions of some of the top producing agents in the Denver Metro Area. With this division of TK Homes, Trevor successfully helps other agents to stay on top of the home buying, selling and investing process in hundreds of transactions each year and helps to better insure their clients get to the closing table. To top off Trevor’s real estate experience, he also was the sole compliance manager for several years at his 100+ agent office. This allowed Trevor to ensure that nearly nine hundred transactions in a single year were meeting the high standards of the office and meeting all of the state’s legal requirements. Based on this experience, Trevor is very knowledgeable about the state requirements regarding real estate contracts. Trevor has also taken on the role of mentor for multiple agents in his office. He spends time answering questions that agents have with their transactions and also questions specific to contracts.
When Trevor is not putting his experience and passion of real estate to work for his clients, he can be found in the backcountry with his daughter enjoying their Jeep Wrangler, camping and dreaming of his next fishing trip.

Mary Smith

Mary Smith moved to Colorado from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with her husband and two daughters. She has really enjoyed the beauty of Colorado and not a day goes by that she doesn’t appreciate being able to see the mountains.
After moving to Colorado, Mary was a special education teacher for Jefferson County Public Schools before becoming a real estate agent. Mary’s previous career as a teacher directly ties in with real estate. One huge part of being an outstanding REALTOR® is educating clients (even clients that have bought and sold previously have things to learn). This comes into play from the very beginning when there is a discussion about the whole buying and selling process, what they should expect from the market and the contracts involved in buying and selling a house. With teaching, there are many other skills that are helpful as well, such as being punctual, constant re-evaluation on how you can improve, good work ethic, problem solving and great communication. Mary’s background as a teacher has helped her to better serve her clients.
As a REALTOR®, Mary’s goal is to help her Clients to find the home that is perfect for them because she was fortunate enough to have a REALTOR® that found the perfect home for her, which she continues to be thankful for. Her ideal client is one who uses her as a resource and asks questions to better understand the process. She treats her clients as she would treat her family and friends and plans to have life-long relationships with them.
When Mary isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, Jeeping, hiking, biking and reading. She likes meeting new people, making connections and doing what she can to help others. These attributes as well as her belief in being honest and having good communication make her a positive choice for a real estate agent.

Michael Butler

Graphic Designer, Photographer, Teacher, Gymnastics Coach, Snowsports Pro & Bike Enthusiast. He is a happily married father of two sweet beautiful little girls. Michael manages to stay quite busy and loves to create awesome looking design and photos. Micheal is the backbone of the TK home brand and enjoy's working with many talented people, TK homes clients and industry colleagues alike to help produce projects very near and dear to them. He is passionate about the work he does, and values creating products that represent clients and their goals with "Pride & Integrity" while up holding the TK Homes mission and vision.
Mike grew up amidst the art and culture or Santa Fe, NM. After Several years of racing BMX in central Florida and across the U.S. he chased snow through the Alps, and southern hemisphere in New Zealand. As he developed an affinity for Snowboarding and living the mountain life style he became a well traveled Snowsports Instructor. His enthusiasm for the outdoors lead him to settle in the Colorado high country. Eventually he migrated to the frontrage to pursue another passion and studied Computer Interactive Graphic Design at Platt College. While there he received a Bachelor degree as well as Several Academic Awards for his design work.
