When our client started looking for a home there were the usual requirements of how many bedrooms and how many bathrooms they needed, but there was one thing that was extremely important to them. They have a big extended family in the area. Their current home was too small for them all together. As we began looking at houses, they would look at the main living area and say that they thought certain homes would work and others not so much. To get a better idea of what we needed, we decided to ask them how many family members were usually at their parties. They said 100! When we walked into the home on Clayton Way, we all realized that it was just right for them because it was over 5,000 square feet. We still smile when we think about them because we can picture the family parties they are having, and we know that we found just the right home for them that would perfectly fit their needs.
