This transaction started off on the right foot when a previous TK Homes Buyer referred the Buyer to us! We looked at several homes over a few week period and then we found the perfect home! The buyer's lease was due at the end of May when we went under contract in March. Although the buyer was comfortable and willing to have a month of double payments with first month's mortgage and final month's rent, this seller happened to be open to an extended closing. This allowed the Buyer to close in May, not only skipping a double payment, but actually have a month with ZERO payment. Not only did the timeline work out perfectly but TK Homes was able to negotiate on behalf of the Buyer a $10,000 Seller Concession that they were able to use for a 2-1 Buy Down, helping make this great home even more affordable! We are extremely grateful for the referral and opportunity to make this first time buyer's dream a reality!
