This is the perfect home for my buyer! We had looked at multiple homes, but this home checked the right boxes. It is a home with a first-floor primary suite with a low-maintenance yard that is roomy enough for the dog, plenty of space in the basement for family to live and close to family members. It is newer and move-in ready. Not only did the house check all the boxes, we were able to negotiate  $5000 off the list price and a $15,000 seller concession that our buyer was able to use for a rate buydown. If this wasn't enough to celebrate, during inspections, we negotiated an extra $12,000 in seller concessions that the buyer was able to use towards closing costs. In total, if you include the $5000 off the list price and the $27,000 seller concession, we were able to negotiate $32,000 savings for the buyer! Boy, were they happy!
